Research service necessary to execute a NAMRU SOUTH Zika study in Panama.

The Naval Medical Research Unit South is seeking research services to support a Zika study in Panama. The requirement is for a sole source contract, and interested vendors must submit a capability statement that includes management and technical data, as well as cost information. The capability statement should demonstrate the vendor's ability to perform the required work and should not exceed 5 pages.
