ELSA Test Support

The Naval Surface Warfare Center Dahlgren Division (NSWCDD) is seeking a contractor to provide test support services for the Efficient Lightweight Scalable Array (ELSA) technology. The contractor will be required to conduct a testing event over three continuous workweek duty days during normal business hours. The scope of work includes integrating the ELSA array, executing testing with government witnesses, and coordinating with technical points of contact. The contractor must also ensure that all costs associated with the requirement are included in the quoted price, including shipping and freight to Dahlgren, VA.
