FY27 Wheelchair Parts and Accessories for Richmond

The Texas Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC) is seeking competitive bids to establish a contract for wheelchair parts and accessories needed for the maintenance of wheelchairs used in the Richmond State Supported Living Center facility. The contract will be for a period of time, with an estimated historical spend of $40,000.00. Bidders must submit a comprehensive response, including all required information and documentation, to be considered for award. The scope of work includes providing the required goods, with specifications and delivery guidelines outlined in the IFB. • The required goods to be provided are listed in the attachment. • The contractor will be responsible for delivering the goods to the Richmond State Supported Living Center facility. • The contractor must comply with all applicable laws and regulations. • The contractor must provide a pricing sheet, completed in accordance with the instructions in the IFB.
