Seward E Hillcrest Drive Underground Circuit Relocation

The City of Seward is seeking a contractor to relocate an existing overhead 12.47 kV power circuit to an underground configuration along E Hillcrest Drive. The scope includes removal of existing overhead utilities, installation of a three‑phase underground distribution feeder with conduit, pad‑mount equipment, new wood poles and risers, and integration of owner‑furnished 15 kV switchgear and associated metering.
