Description
The County of San Luis Obispo's Public Works Department Wastewater Utilities Division is seeking proposals from qualified professional firms to provide on-call engineering services in support of wastewater utilities management, operation, engineering, and project delivery. The selected firms will be included on an "on-call" list to provide services on a task-order basis. The scope of services includes general engineering services, treatment facilities-specific tasks, collection system-specific tasks, construction and project management support, and meetings and coordination. The contract term is expected to be five years, with pricing remaining unchanged throughout the term of the contract.
• General engineering services such as project planning, design, and construction management
• Treatment facilities-specific tasks including process optimization and performance evaluations
• Collection system-specific tasks such as inflow/infiltration studies and sewer rehabilitation designs
• Construction and project management support including bid and procurement assistance
• Meetings and coordination with County staff and other stakeholders
