The City of Lake Alfred is seeking a qualified engineering consulting firm to provide professional services for the design of an alternative water supply receiving/blending facility and water treatment plant. The selected firm should have experience in water treatment plant design, including chemical polishing and storage for blending and flow equalization, as well as advanced treatment technologies. The firm should also have experience in the successful design and construction of a Lower Floridan Aquifer well.
