Description
The State of Missouri is seeking a vendor to provide project management services for the Missouri Vital Enterprise Resource System (MOVERS) project. The MOVERS project aims to implement a modern, enterprise-wide system for Financials, Human Resources, Budget, Procurement, and other critical services. The selected vendor will provide project management services, including meeting facilitation, coordination of project participants, maintenance of project management artifacts, tracking of risks, issues, decisions, corrective actions, deliverables, stakeholder coordination, and governance and management services. The contract period is from the effective date of the contract through June 30, 2028.
Key requirements include:
* Providing a team of senior, experienced professionals to execute the engagement
* Directly reporting to the MOVERS Program Director
* Supporting program management and execution, communication, budget management, schedule tracking, and performance management
* Establishing necessary working relationships with the State and MOVERS contractor(s) to facilitate project teams proactively and cross-functionally working together
* Functioning as the single point of contact for the state agency
* Providing dedicated personnel to lead the services required, including a Project Director, Project Managers, and a Testing Manager
* Ensuring all data associated with the service is hosted, stored, and accessed within the United States
* Adhering to state policies, including those related to internet usage, data security, personnel conduct, and dress code
* Completing background checks for all personnel prior to providing services
* Completing security training for all contractor personnel before gaining access to the state network
