Description
The West Virginia Department of Environmental Protection is seeking bids for the construction/reclamation of the AML - Gun Range Road (Dials) Portals project. The project involves the construction of portals for the gun range road. The contract will be for a period of one calendar year, with the option to renew for up to three successive one-year periods. The contractor will be required to provide a bid bond, performance bond, and labor/material payment bond. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsible bidder.
