Description
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Pittsburgh District, is seeking bids for the replacement of the Gantry Crane machinery housing roof at Conemaugh Dam. The project includes the removal of existing housing, fabrication and installation of new steel upper machinery housings, removal and replacement of steel diamond plate flooring, and installation of floor hatches for access. The project aims to address the extensive corrosion and deterioration of the existing housing, which is affecting the hoist electrical and mechanical equipment.
