Parking Deck Capital Improvement Project Rebid

The City of Columbia is seeking bids for the Parking Deck Capital Improvement Project Re-Bid, which involves structural and waterproofing repairs at four municipal parking decks: Sumter Street, Lady Street, Arsenal Hill, and Taylor Street. The work includes concrete spall repairs, joint sealant and expansion joint replacements, traffic coating installation, and other structural repairs. The project will be phased to ensure maximum continued public use of the decks throughout the project. The contractor will be responsible for securing all necessary licenses and permits, providing a bid bond, and furnishing a performance and payment bond. The contract price will be based on the contractor's bid, and the city will make progress payments on account of the contract price.
