Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking a Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) to replace floors at the Brooklyn VA Medical Center. The project will be 100% set-aside to SDVOSB contractors, and the NAICS code for this procurement is 236220 - All Other Specialty Contractors. The contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, tools, supervision, test equipment, shop drawings, technical manuals, transportation, calculations, and safety necessary to complete the work. The project must be completed within 180 calendar days.
• The contractor must be registered and certified online with SBA and registered at sam.gov.
• The contractor must perform a minimum of 15% of the construction work.
• The contractor must meet all VA design guidelines and requirements.
• A site visit will be held for this project, and all prospective bidders are strongly encouraged to attend.
