Description
The Government Publishing Office (GPO) seeks a firm‑fixed‑price contractor to lease and manage 190 secured parking spaces within 0.25 mi of its Washington, DC headquarters for a one‑year base period (with up to four one‑year options). The contractor must provide 24/7/365 access, maintain security systems (CCTV, access control, lighting), perform snow/ice removal, surface repairs, signage upkeep, ADA compliance, and issue/maintain 220 access credentials. Service levels are tightly defined with response‑time SLAs for incidents, maintenance, and reporting. Monthly invoicing is required, and the award will be based on lowest price technically acceptable (LPTA).
