Parsley Boulevard Greenway Connectors

The City of Cheyenne is seeking bids for the Parsley Boulevard Greenway Connectors project. The project includes the installation of 640 linear feet of new 10-foot wide concrete sidewalk, removal of curb, gutter, and sidewalk, installation of curb and gutter with asphalt patch, replacement of asphalt drive approach, and installation of crushed base at alley. The project also includes the relocation of signage and Greenway fence. The successful bidder will be required to execute a contract and provide performance and payment bonds. • The project is located within the public right of way in accordance with City of Cheyenne Construction Standards. • The contractor shall not do any work or store any material within the Interior Heights Addition Blocks 32 & 33 as described on the plans. • A pre-bid meeting will be held on December 22, 2025, at 2:00 pm. • Bids must be submitted electronically through the City's eProcurement Portal. • The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any formalities in the bidding.
