Frosty Fuels Cold Bay Bulk Plant Oil Discharge Prevention and Contingency Plan Renewal

This public notice announces the renewal application for an Oil Discharge Prevention and Contingency Plan (ODPCP) for Frosty Fuels’ Cold Bay Bulk Plant, which stores and distributes jet fuel, aviation gasoline, unleaded gasoline, and diesel. The Department of Environmental Conservation (DEC) is seeking public comments on the plan, which must demonstrate adequate resources and procedures to prevent and respond to potential oil spills from a maximum realistic discharge.
