Description
The project calls for the construction of a concrete apron and assorted miscellaneous concrete improvements along East Drive at the Highland Gardens residential site in Milwaukee. The contractor must provide all labor, equipment, and materials to complete the paving and concrete work in accordance with the provided plans and specifications. This is an Invitation for Quotations (IFQ) with a Section 3 covered contract, encouraging participation from emerging business enterprises. Bids are due by 2 PM CST on 19 December 2025, and the award will be made to the lowest responsible bidder.
• Scope: supply and install a concrete apron and perform miscellaneous concrete repairs/improvements on East Drive.
