WRC: As-Needed Underground Maintenance

The Oakland County Water Resources Commissioner is requesting proposals for as-needed construction, maintenance, and repair services for underground sewage collection facilities and storm drainage systems. The contractor will provide emergency services, installation of sanitary sewer grinder pump stations, and other related work. The contract is expected to be awarded for a one-to-three-year period. • The contractor must be licensed in the State of Michigan and have experience in providing similar services. • The contractor must be able to respond to emergencies within two hours of being notified. • The contractor must provide a certificate of good standing from the State of Michigan. • The contractor must submit a technical proposal, including a description of their business and services, and a completed pricing sheet. • The contractor must comply with all applicable Federal, State, and local laws, ordinances, rules, and regulations.
