Sewer Connection

The Tyngsborough Housing Authority is seeking bids for a sewer connection project at the State Aided Development: Brinley Terrace. The project involves abandoning the existing septic system, installing new sewer piping, precast sewer manholes, cleanouts, and connecting to the town sewer system. Additionally, the project includes reclaiming existing driveways and parking areas, removing and replacing existing asphalt walkways, signs, and line striping, and all other miscellaneous work as specified in the contract documents. • The project is estimated to cost $615,000.00. • Bids are subject to M.G.L. c.30§39M and minimum wage rates as required by M.G.L. c. 149 §§26 to 27H inclusive. • The project has a workforce participation benchmark of 6.9% for women and 15.3% for minorities. • Bid forms and contract documents are available for review at biddocs.com.
