Description
The U.S. Embassy in Sri Lanka is seeking a contractor to perform construction and finishing works at 75, Gregory's Road, Col 7. The scope of work includes comprehensive construction works for a Club House, Tool Room, Generator Room, and Security Room, including demolition, excavation, backfilling, and compaction, as well as anti-termite treatment, plain and reinforced concrete, masonry, damp-proofing, waterproofing, internal/external plastering, tile and flooring, internal and external painting, and architectural ceilings and cladding. The contractor must comply with all local laws, regulations, and standards, and provide a 2-year comprehensive warranty for materials and workmanship. The contractor must also maintain a local presence in Sri Lanka, provide qualified on-site supervision, and ensure timely execution of the project.
• The contractor must provide all necessary labor, materials, equipment, and services to complete the work.
• The contractor must comply with all safety and security regulations.
• The contractor must provide a detailed construction schedule and coordinate with the Contracting Officer.
• The contractor must ensure that all work is completed in a satisfactory manner and meets the requirements of the contract.
• The contractor must provide a warranty for all work and materials.
