Description
The City of Lawrenceville is soliciting competitive sealed bids from qualified contractors for the demolition of 43, 39, & 31 East Crogan Street. The work includes securing the perimeter, installing erosion control measurements, demolishing building structures, removing debris, grading and backfilling disturbed areas, and seeding and applying straw. The contractor must comply with the International Building Code and obtain all necessary permits.
Key aspects of the project include:
• Demolition of building structures, including floor slabs, drains, lifts, footpaths, septic tanks, and other components
• Removal of debris and disposal in an appropriate landfill or recycling facility
• Grading and backfilling of disturbed areas to prevent water retention
• Seeding and applying straw to disturbed areas
• Compliance with the International Building Code and obtaining all necessary permits
