Procurement of Main Landing Gear and Nose Landing Gear Tires in Support of the HC-144 Aircraft

The United States Coast Guard (USCG) is soliciting proposals for the procurement of Main Landing Gear (MLG) and Nose Landing Gear (NLG) tires in support of the HC-144 aircraft. The contract will be an Indefinite Delivery Requirements Contract with a one-year base period and four one-year option periods, with a firm-fixed pricing structure. The USCG intends to award the contract to Wilkerson Company, Inc., the authorized distributor to the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) of the MLG and NLG tires. • The contract requires the supplier to provide pricing for the one-year base period and the four one-year option periods. • The supplier must be the OEM or an OEM authorized distributor and be able to supply the components specified in the attached Schedule of Supplies. • The total duration of the contract shall not exceed five years. • Proposals must be submitted electronically to [email protected] by January 09, 2026, at 4:00 pm, Eastern Time.
