Description
Texas State University is requesting competitive proposals for equipment and services to support the Bobcat Welcome Kickoff event, including audio, video, lighting, staging, special effects, and on-site coordinators. The event will take place on August 16, 2026, from 8:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. at the LBJ Student Center Mall. The selected respondent will be responsible for providing all necessary equipment and personnel to ensure a successful event. Key considerations for respondents include:
