Description
Pike County Schools is seeking a vendor to provide a four-year lease purchase program for approximately 450 staff laptop computers and docking stations. The selected vendor will provide a turnkey solution that includes hardware procurement, lease financing, configuration, deployment services, warranty, and lifecycle support. The laptops must meet specific minimum specs, including Intel Core i5 or better, 16GB RAM, 512GB SSD, touchscreen, and Windows 11 Pro. The docking stations must be manufacturer-certified and support 3 displays. The vendor must also provide full accidental damage protection, 4-year warranty coverage, and white glove deployment services.
