Description
The State of Louisiana, Office of State Procurement, is seeking a qualified contractor to remove and replace approximately 6,000 sq ft of roofing at the Louisiana Department of Health Pinecrest Support & Service Center in Pineville, LA. The work includes complete removal of the existing roof, installation of a new TPO membrane roofing system, and compliance with all attached specifications, insurance, bonding, and licensing requirements. A mandatory on‑site visit must be completed prior to bid submission, and bidders must provide a bid bond of 5 % of the total bid amount. The contract may be extended for up to two additional 12‑month periods, not exceeding a total of 36 months.
