Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 19, intends to award a Firm Fixed Price contract for Barrx Generator Services for the Salt Lake City VA Health Care System. The contract will be awarded to COVIDIEN SALES LLC, the OEM and sole authorized maintenance servicer and replacement repair parts provider for the Barrx Flex RFA Energy Generator. The contractor will provide planned maintenance service, full-service coverage, including corrective and preventative maintenance, and functionally equivalent loaner equipment at no additional charge. The contract will be for a period of 12 months, from 04/01/2026 to 03/31/2027.
• The contractor shall provide full-service coverage of the equipment, including both corrective and preventative maintenance.
• The contractor shall provide functionally equivalent loaner equipment at the customer's request at no additional charge.
• The contractor shall provide all software version upgrades for the equipment to the customer at no additional charge.
• The contract will be for a period of 12 months, from 04/01/2026 to 03/31/2027.
• The associated North America Classification Systems (NAICS) Code is 811210 and the Business Size Standard is $34 Million.
