3BDE JCLC Rushmore

The U.S. Army is seeking sources for meal services for the 3BDE JCLC Rushmore event, which will take place from May 26-30, 2026, at Camp Rapid in Rapid City, South Dakota. The contractor will be responsible for providing meals for 54 cadets and 6 cadre, including breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The meals must be prepared and served in accordance with the performance work statement (PWS) and must meet the standards outlined in the PWS. The contractor will also be responsible for setting up and maintaining the serving area, providing equipment and supplies, and ensuring that the facility is cleaned and sanitized after each meal.
