Description
The Register of Wills is seeking a contractor to provide Help Desk, Application, and System Support services. The contractor will be responsible for providing IT expertise services, including application development and support, help desk support, and system maintenance. The contractor will also be required to provide staffing plans, transition-in and transition-out plans, and weekly status reports. The contract will be for a period of five years, with one five-year renewal option.
• Key personnel required include Computer Programmer, Senior, Network Engineer, Senior, and Help Desk Specialist.
• The contractor will be required to comply with all applicable laws, regulations, policies, standards, and guidelines affecting Information Technology projects.
• The contractor will be required to provide security management, help desk support services, and performance monitoring and problem resolution.
• The contractor will be required to provide a drug and alcohol free workplace.
• The contractor will be required to provide a transition-in plan, weekly status reports, and a transition-out plan.
