Description
The City of Detroit Office of Contracting and Procurement is seeking quotes from qualified vendors for the removal, transport, and disposal of fill material from planned residential properties. The work includes excavation, loading, and hauling of fill material, as well as backfilling, grading, and site finalization. The city reserves the right to award each group to a different vendor, all groups to one vendor, or any combination of groups to a particular vendor.
• The removal and disposal of fill material from residential properties
• Backfilling, grading, and site finalization
• Compliance with the City of Detroit Demolition Program and the Scope of Services
• Completion of all work within 120 calendar days of a Notice to Proceed
• Provision of performance and payment bonds to the City of Detroit for the total amount of the work included under the Contract
