Description
The U.S. Embassy in Bratislava is seeking a contractor to reconstruct a bathroom facility to meet American Barriers Act (ABA) requirements. The project includes demolition works, architectural and structural works, plumbing, heating, ventilation, and electrical installations. The contractor must be registered in the Slovak Business Registry. The scope of work is detailed in the attached Bill of Quantities (BoQ) document.
• Demolition of existing bathroom facilities
• Installation of new plumbing, heating, and electrical systems
• Construction of a new bathroom with ABA-compliant features
• Installation of fixtures and fittings, including a washbasin, toilet, and grab rails
• Testing and commissioning of all systems
The contractor must ensure that all work is completed in accordance with the Project Documentation and the BoQ.
