Description
The US Government Publishing Office is seeking a contractor to provide 7,000 numbered personal firewood tags. The tags must be printed with black ink, have a trim size of 8-1/2" x 5-1/2", and have a moderate ink coverage. The contractor must also perform a basic preflight check of the furnished media and publishing files to ensure correct output of the required reproduction image. The tags must be delivered to the Shoshone National Forest in Cody, WY by 12/26/2025.
• The contractor must submit quotes via Quick Quote and provide a mandatory W-9 form before payment.
• The contractor must notify the ordering agency on the same day that the product ships/delivers via email.
• The contractor must provide copies of all delivery, mailing, and shipping receipts upon agency request.
• The contractor must submit their invoice package through the GPO gateway within 30 days after the product has delivered.
