Description
The State of Tennessee is seeking bids for a Statewide Contract (SWC) to provide electrical, HVAC, plumbing, boiler, and chiller systems maintenance and repair services. The contract will cover facilities across the state, including those owned or leased by the state and authorized users. The successful contractor will be required to provide a range of services, including scheduled maintenance, repairs, additions, retrofits, upgrades, and replacements. The contract will be for a period of two years, with the option to renew. The contractor will be required to provide a toll-free telephone number and email address for authorized users to request services. The contractor will also be required to designate a contract manager to serve as a single point of contact for the contract administrator.
• The contract will cover five job categories: electrical, HVAC, plumbing, boiler, and chiller systems maintenance and repair.
• The contractor will be required to provide services to all facilities within their awarded county or counties.
• The contractor will be required to provide a Firm Quote for all services, which will be valid for 60 days.
• The contractor will be required to follow all specifications and guidelines in the Terms and Conditions and these Specifications.
• The contractor will be required to comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to occupational safety and health.
• The contractor will be required to provide a written report of deficiencies and repairs that may be required.
