Tank Rehabilitation Phase 2 - Newks Elevated Storage Tank

The New Braunfels Utilities (NBU) is seeking a qualified firm to provide construction services for the Tank Rehabilitation Phase 2 - Newks Elevated Storage Tank project. The project includes the full rehabilitation of the interior and exterior coating systems, civil site improvements, electrical and instrumentation improvements, and other appurtenances. The selected firm will be responsible for obtaining all applicable permits and inspections, providing performance and payment bonds, and furnishing all manufacturers' warranties and operations and maintenance manuals. • The project has an estimated maximum construction budget of $1,500,000. • The project is expected to be completed within 180 calendar days from the Notice to Proceed date. • The selected firm will be required to provide a Bid Bond in the amount of 5% of the proposal cost. • The firm will be evaluated based on their experience, qualifications, and proposed schedule.
