Description
The Arts & Technology Academy of Pontiac is seeking bids for a structural steel package for the construction of a gymnasium and classroom addition. The project includes structural steel framing, steel joists, steel decking, and miscellaneous steel fabrications. Bidders are required to provide bid security in the form of a certified cashier's check or bid bond, and must include a familial relationship sworn statement with their proposal. The successful bidder will not be required to provide performance bonds and payment bonds.
• The project is subject to the prevailing wage laws of the State of Michigan.
