Description
The project involves the removal and replacement of the EPDM roof membrane on the high roof of the Massey Building at the Eastern NC School for the Deaf. The work will be completed while the building is occupied and includes temporary removal and reinstallation of mechanical equipment. The project delivery is expected to be in May 2026.
