The State of Oregon, through the Oregon Health Authority, is seeking qualified vendors to supply a range of non‑ligature, hospital‑grade shower curtains (both heavy‑duty vinyl “security” types and flame‑retardant fabric types) for the Oregon State Hospital campuses. The procurement will be awarded as a single‑award price agreement, with an initial term of five years and a possible extension to ten years, and the contractor must be able to deliver orders within 30 days of receipt. Bidders must submit the required certifications, references, and a completed pricing form and must be registered in OregonBuys.
• Supply of six curtain items (five security‑type vinyl sizes and one fabric type) on an as‑needed basis.
• Minimum five years experience supplying similar shower‑curtain products to public‑sector facilities.
