The Defense Logistics Agency – Energy is seeking to procure petroleum fuel products, including various types of gasoline, diesel, and jet fuel, for delivery to locations in several states. The solicitation includes a list of line items with quantities and specifications. Offerors must submit their offers through the Posts, Camps, and Stations (PC&S) Offer Entry Tool (OET). The contract will be a fixed-price requirements contract with economic price adjustment. The offeror must meet the technical acceptability standards and offer the lowest price by location to be considered for award.
