Description
The Department of Technology, Management and Budget is seeking a professional services contractor to provide roof repairs for the Mt. Pleasant Transportation Service Center in Mt. Pleasant, Michigan. The contractor will be responsible for providing a complete design based on the approved project/program statement, which includes preliminary design, final design, construction administration - office services, and construction administration - field services. The contractor must have demonstrated experience in the successful planning and execution of similar projects in full accordance with all applicable Local, State, and Federal regulations.
• The scope of work includes providing all professional services necessary to complete the project, including design, construction administration, and inspection services.
• The contractor must have a license to practice in the State of Michigan pursuant to the Occupational Code (PA 299 of 1980).
• The contractor will be evaluated based on their technical proposal (80%) and cost proposal (20%).
• The contract will be for a Not-to-Exceed Fee, Billable-Rate basis.
