On-Call Environmental Compliance Consulting Services

The County of Sacramento is seeking a consultant to provide on-call environmental compliance consulting services for the Kiefer Landfill. The selected consultant will be responsible for providing support services related to engineering, compliance, and permitting. The scope of work includes tasks such as environmental reviews and reporting, permit compliance, and environmental control systems review. The consultant will have the opportunity to accept or reject each work request after review and discussion with County staff. • The initial term of the agreement will be for 24 months, with the option to extend past the initial term upon mutual consent. • The consultant will be required to provide a plan for delivering services, including a description of the proposed services, procedures for carrying out services, and a description of prior experience performing similar services. • The consultant will be required to provide a narrative of their experience in implementing similar services for other clients, including governmental clients similar in size to Sacramento County. • The consultant will be required to provide three references for whom they have provided services similar to those described in the RFP.
