This solicitation is a competitive Cost‑Plus‑Fixed‑Fee (CPFF), Level of Effort (LOE) task order under the SeaPort‑NxG Multiple Award Contract (MAC). The work supports the Naval Surface Warfare Center, Philadelphia Division, providing engineering, technical, programmatic, and software development services for submarine C4I and hull, mechanical, and electrical systems.
