Description
The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) is seeking a contractor to provide tower maintenance services for its Radar Operations Center. The contract will be for a period of 5 years, with a minimum guarantee of $12,000 and a maximum value of $9,414,458. The contractor will be responsible for providing inspection, repair, and maintenance services for NOAA's radar towers, including structural repairs, galvanic coating restoration, and engineering data and change proposal services. The contractor will be required to provide a detailed technical proposal, including a pricing schedule and a narrative describing their approach to the work.
• The contract will be a firm-fixed-price, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity (IDIQ) contract.
• The contractor will be required to provide all necessary equipment, materials, and labor to perform the work.
• The contractor will be required to comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to environmental protection and worker safety.
• The contractor will be required to provide a safety plan and to ensure that all work is performed in a safe and responsible manner.
• The contractor will be required to provide a detailed report of all work performed, including any problems or issues encountered and the solutions implemented.
