RIVERSIDE FIRE STATION NUMBER 11 KITCHEN REMODEL

The City of Riverside is seeking bids for the remodel of the kitchen at Fire Station Number 11. The project includes demolition, new cabinetry, finishes, appliances, and cleanup. The contractor will be responsible for providing all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to complete the project. The project must be completed within 90 days. A pre-bid meeting will be held on December 16, 2025, and questions must be submitted by January 7, 2026. The bid submission deadline is January 22, 2026. • The project includes the interior kitchen remodel of Fire Station No. 11 • Work to include, but not limited to, demolition, new cabinetry, new finishes, new appliances, wall infill, painting, etc. and clean up • The contractor shall provide a $20,000 allowance for construction contingencies • The contractor shall provide all Division 01 – General Requirements for the Project per the Plans and/or Specification Sections • The contractor is required to have an English-speaking person on site at all times when crew(s) is working
