Owner’s Rep Services for Phase I Project Downtown Main Street Improvements

The City of Littleton is seeking an experienced Owner’s Representative to manage and oversee design and construction for the Main Street Improvements in Downtown Littleton, CO - Phase I of Project Downtown. The Owner’s Rep should bring expertise in project management, urban design coordination, civil engineering oversight, utility and permitting coordination, cost estimating, schedule management, construction management, sustainability, and stakeholder engagement. The selected Owner’s Rep will be responsible for managing the technical consultants, facilitating collaboration with community stakeholders and business owners, and ensuring the design reflects the City’s vision and priorities. Key tasks include project management and oversight, design process management, parking and curbside management strategy, stakeholder and public engagement coordination, and pre-construction integration and readiness. • Manage and oversee design and construction for the Main Street Improvements • Bring expertise in project management, urban design coordination, and civil engineering oversight • Ensure the design reflects the City’s vision and priorities • Manage technical consultants and facilitate collaboration with community stakeholders and business owners • Ensure compliance with City codes, permitting requirements, and interagency standards
