Description
The Argonne National Laboratory is seeking a proposal for the ALCF Artemis Compute Cluster. The proposal should include a technical proposal, a business management proposal, and a cost/price proposal. The technical proposal should address the requirements set forth in the Statement of Work, including proposed architecture, support offerings, and agreement to meet capability and performance goals. The business management proposal should include financial condition and capability, acceptance period of proposal, authorized representatives, pre-award information, and exceptions and deviations. The cost/price proposal should include all base prices and any options described therein.
• The proposal should be in three parts: Part I – Technical Proposal, Part II - Business Management Proposal, and Part III – Cost/Price Proposal.
• The proposal should be submitted via email to [email protected] by June 5, 2026.
• The proposal should include a fully completed and signed "ANL-70B Representations and Certifications" with the proposal.
• The Offeror is encouraged to register in the System for Award Management (https://www.sam.gov/) prior to submitting a proposal.
