The Arizona Department of Revenue is seeking to continue its existing unclaimed‑property solution, the Kelmar KAPS (Knowledge Application for Property Systems) platform, through a sole‑source contract. The effort includes SaaS hosting, system licensing, ongoing maintenance, technical support, and compliance with Arizona statutory requirements for unclaimed‑property administration. • Provide cloud‑hosted SaaS delivery of the KAPS system for statewide use. • Perform system maintenance, upgrades, and technical support under a 1‑year term with annual renewal options. • Ensure data security, statutory compliance, holder‑reporting, public‑search portal functionality, and integration with state financial and tax systems.
