FY 25-26 Residential Street Rehab Project

The City of West Covina is seeking a qualified contractor to perform comprehensive residential street rehabilitation, including slurry seal, asphalt cold‑mill and overlay, localized repairs, traffic loop restoration, and striping. The project has an estimated construction cost of $5.4 million and must be completed within a 60‑working‑day construction window after notice to proceed.
