The project consists of 3 apparatus bays, 1 maintenance bay, administration area, fitness area, and sleeping quarters. The project is valued at $21M and only prequalified bidders can submit bids.

• The submission deadline for trade sub-bid is 11/25/2025 at 2:00 PM and for general bid is 12/09/2025 at 2:00 PM.
• The project consists of various categories of work, including general contractor, masonry, misc. metals, WD&C, roofing & flashing, metal windows, tile, ACT, resilient flooring, painting, fire protection, plumbing, HVAC, and electrical.
