Description
The Tennessee Valley Healthcare System (TVHS) Nashville Campus is seeking a contractor to provide annual diesel fuel testing services for five diesel fuel storage tanks. The contractor will be required to take samples for analysis and provide results within 30 days of the test. The contract will be for a base period of one year, with four optional years. The contractor must be a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) and must be verified in the SBA Small Business Search database.
Key aspects of the job include:
• Annual diesel fuel testing of five diesel fuel storage tanks
• Taking samples for analysis and providing results within 30 days
• Performing services during normal business hours, Monday through Friday
• Compliance with all applicable Federal, State, and local laws and regulations
• Adherence to TVHS policies and procedures
• Weekly verbal communication with the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR)
• Completion of a walk-through with the COR to verify completion of the contractual agreement
