Job Order Contracting (JOC) Services - Water & Sewer

Dorchester County is seeking qualified firms to provide Job Order Contracting (JOC) services for general water and sewer projects at various locations throughout the county. The contract will be for a base term of one year with four optional renewal terms. The successful proposer will be required to provide a range of services, including construction, repair, and rehabilitation of water and sewer infrastructure. The proposer will also be required to attend joint scope meetings with the county to review and discuss proposed work.
