Description
Texas Tech University is seeking qualified Proposals for above and underground utility repair, replacement, and installation services. The scope of work includes maintenance, repair, and installation of utility systems such as domestic water, fire/emergency water, sanitary sewer, natural gas, compressed air, data/fiber, electrical, and direct bury steam and chilled water. The Proposer must demonstrate experience with institutions of higher education or similar-sized organizations and provide a detailed compensation schedule. The Contract will be awarded based on the Best Value to TTU, considering factors such as financial value, demonstrated ability to fulfill requirements, and quality assurance plans.
• The Proposer must provide labor, materials, licensing/certification, and expertise to provide Services to the main TTU campus in Lubbock, Texas, and satellite campuses.
• The Proposer must maintain all applicable and industry-standard certifications and/or licenses as related to Services and the individual industries represented by those Services.
• The Proposer must be able to accept a TTU Purchase Order for Services.
• The Proposer must provide identification for all employees providing Services on TTU property.
• The Proposer must submit a completed HUB Subcontracting Plan with each Proposal submission.
