Arjo Ceiling Mounted Patient Lifts Hemodialysis

The Department of Veteran Affairs (VA) intends to award a sole source contract to Arjo, Inc. for the provision of full-service repair contracts for Ceiling Mounted Patient Lifts Hemodialysis at the James A. Haley Veterans’ Hospital (JAHVH) in Tampa, Florida. The contract will include all labor, transportation, tools, and parts necessary to perform the repairs. The Period of Performance (POP) is from May 1, 2026, to June 30, 2026. • The contractor must provide all supervision, administrative support, technical services, labor, tools, parts, supplies, equipment, materials, and transportation necessary to perform the repairs. • The contractor must be an authorized service provider for Arjo, Inc. products and equipment. • The contractor must provide warranty services and/or upgrades for the Arjo Lift System. • The contract is a sole source contract, and the VA is not obligated to pay for or reimburse any costs associated with responding to this special notice.
