The Municipality of Anchorage is seeking qualified contractors to perform comprehensive downtown sidewalk improvements. The scope includes removal and replacement of existing concrete sidewalks, curb and gutter work, installation of ADA‑compliant curb ramps, tree‑well demolition, utility coordination, parking‑meter relocation, curb markings, traffic‑control installation, and related site work across ten defined work zones. Work must be completed within a 10‑day continuous closure per zone, with an overall contract time of 100 calendar days after notice to proceed. Bids are paper‑only, sealed, and must be received by the June 10, 2026 deadline.
